At Liberops Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value transparency and professionalism in our business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service terminations are handled for our digital marketing, web development, influencer marketing, and business management services.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

General Policy Overview

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and customized work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds and cancellations are handled strictly according to the terms outlined below.

Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

Before Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.

After Project Commencement

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Strategy development
  • Campaign setup or execution
  • Web development or design work
  • Influencer outreach or onboarding
  • Consultation, research, or planning
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billable.

Monthly & Retainer-Based Services

For monthly or retainer-based services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15–30 days in advance (as agreed in the contract)
  • Services already rendered within the current billing cycle are non-refundable
  • No refunds are issued for partially used service periods

Advertising & Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets, platform fees, influencer payments, and third-party tool costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for refunds issued by platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or influencers

Any prepaid third-party expenses will be deducted from refundable amounts (if applicable)

No Guarantee of Results

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Dissatisfaction with campaign performance
  • Lower-than-expected leads, sales, reach, or ROI
  • Platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or account issues
  • Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Service Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Client violates our Terms of Services
  • Client engages in unlawful, misleading, or unethical activities
  • Required information or approvals are repeatedly delayed

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in exceptional cases and must be requested in writing with valid justification. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
  • Transaction fees, taxes, and administrative costs are non-refundable

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
