Ownership of Intellectual Property
- All work, including but not limited to designs, content, code, graphics, campaigns, reports, strategies, and marketing materials created by us, remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
License Scope
The granted license includes:
- Use of deliverables for internal business, marketing, and promotional purposes
- Display on the client’s website, social media, or advertising channels
The license does not include:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing deliverables
- Modifying or adapting the deliverables outside the agreed scope without written permission
Client-Provided Materials
- Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us (logos, text, images, trademarks, or proprietary data).
- By providing materials, clients grant us a limited license to use them solely for delivering services.
- Clients confirm that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Tools & Assets
- Deliverables may include third-party software, stock images, fonts, plugins, or content.
- Usage rights for third-party assets are governed by their respective licenses, and clients are responsible for compliance.
- We are not responsible for third-party license violations if used according to their terms.
Protection of IP
- Clients must not claim ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, templates, or proprietary tools.
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.
IP Infringement Claims
- Any claim of intellectual property infringement must be reported in writing.
- We will investigate and take reasonable steps to address legitimate claims.
- Clients are responsible for IP claims arising from materials they provide.
Termination & IP Reversion
- If services are terminated prior to full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of Liberops Digital.
- Clients may not use, copy, or distribute deliverables until full payment is completed.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all future engagements.
