  • Approved campaigns cannot be reversed or refunded

  • Revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed separately
  • Scope changes require written approval and revised timelines
  • We reserve the right to refuse excessive or unreasonable revision requests

Client-Provided Errors

We are not responsible for revisions required due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Delayed feedback or approvals
  • Changes in client preferences after approval
